Rules & Regulation

1. Every student should bring his/her school diary daily. If a pupil loses the diary he/ she will be subject to disciplinary action. A fine of Rs 50/- will be levied and a new diary will have to be purchased with necessary remarks about the loss it.

2. All students must be clean and neatly dressed in the school uniform which must be of the same pattern and colour, for uniformity deal with the authorised dealers of the school.

3. All are expected to attend class on the opening day after each of the vacations. Those absent without prior leave will be fined at the rate of Rs. 10/- per day – those absent because of sickness must inform the school before or on the re-opening. Failing which they more than five days immediately after a vacation renders the student, liable to dismissal.

4. All leave must be applied for in writing to principal. No student shall proceed on leave without sanction and permission especially when the leave exceed 2- days. The students who have been absent from the class must have the reason for their absence their noted. briefly in the regularity record. For failure to do this a fine will be levied.

5. Student should arrived at the school 10 minutes before the assembly soon after the assembly bell the school gates will be locked and the late comers will be asked to go home at the risk of the parents/guardians.

6. Care must taken for all school property and no students should write or draw any things on the wall or in any way damaged done even by accident should be reported at once to the appropriate authority 7. Any damage of goods done will be made by the one who does it. Anyone who see something damaged should report the matter even of he/she does not know who had done it

8. Strict regularity, implicit obedience, honesty, courtesy In speech and conduct cleanliness of dress and person are expected from every pupil students and their parents must strictly conform to the instruction Rules and regulation laid down in this regard.

9. Pupils are responsible to the school authorities only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behavior outside. Any report of objectionable conduct out of the school on the part of the pupils mark them liable to the disciplinary action.

10. All are expected to speak English in the school.

11. No pupils may leave the school premises without permission of the principal during the school hour.

12. Every pupils attending the school in obliged to take part in games and all school activities.

13. Pupils are responsible for the custody of their books and belongings. The school will not be responsible for any loss or damage done to them.

14. No jewellery are allowed in the school.

15. Parents and guardian are not allowed to see their children during school hour without permission of the principal.

16. Parents and guardian may not visit their works of teacher in the class room or staff room.

17. Silence must be observed in the school premises during class hours.

18. Fine may be imposed by the principal for breaches again regularity or discipline.

19 No Pupil will be promoted to next class before the end of the school’s academic year.

20. No gifts will be allowed without the permission of the principal.

21. All fees and dues for the term must be cleared before the beginning of the examination. If not, pupils will not to sit for the examination nor their reports will be given.

22. The pupils of the SANSKAR GYANPEETH are expected to have polite manners on all occasions. They should address their teachers and all the members with respect and politeness. They must show gentleness and courtesy to their companions. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct.

23. All children are expected to bring the tiffin with them for the noon recess.

24. Smoking and chewing pan is strictly forbidden to the student.

25. Students should treat others respectfully and are responsible for other’s good name. Calling nick names spreading rumors etc. are strictly forbidden.

26. Pupils are forbidden to bring crackers and other dangerous materials to school.
